This photo? Vancouver Police Pipe Band at the BCPA Annula Gathering, 2007. This was a total surprise for the audience. They were there to escort the Cairn, which is the big Piobaireachd trophy. They marched out, played one tune and left. Seemed a lot of prep for such a short gig but it was very effective and a nice cap to the event.
