This photo? At the 2007 BCPA Annual Gathering, Alan Bevan is presented with the the MacCrimmon Memorial Cairn for Open Piobaireachd by Niall Mathieson. This presentation was led in by the Vancouver City Police Pipe Band and had been kept secret from the audience. And the photographer who nearly got run over by the band's entrance.
