Piperazzi on Monday
This photo? The Coast String Fiddlers are a group of kids that are taught by ear for the first two years or so and then introduced to
the dots. Imagine my frustration when I play something for them once and after a couple of run throughs, the whole group is playing as if they had it from birth.
This is less than 25% of the group, made up of the older teens. They have produced a number of students that have gone on to musical degrees in various Universities.
They are based in Roberts Creek BC, a small semi-rural community.
